Shape the future of our Transportation Alternatively Delivery business by influencing pursuit strategies, aligning with key contractors and concessionaire partners early, and helping Jacobs maintain its position as the design consultant of choice.How Youu2019ll Lead Lead and manage the full delivery of complex, largescale Design Build and Public Private Partnership (PPP) transportation projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and contract compliance. Coordinate multidiscipline and multi-office teamsu2014including project controls, engineering staff, and technical specialistsu2014to achieve project goals and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, DOT representatives, and other project stakeholders. Oversee project planning, staffing, financial performance, schedule management, and overall project profitability. Guide and mentor engineering staff, directing daily technical activities and project execution. Represent Jacobsu2019 alternative delivery capabilities in local markets and at industry and partner events. Participate in key meetings and presentations, engaging effectively with internal and external partners. Bacheloru2019s degree in civil engineering or related discipline. Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE). 5+ Years proven Design Manager or Contractor Design-Build Integration Manager experience deliveringAlternative Delivery Transportation Projects (Design Build/CMAR/P3)valued at $100M or more, OR 10+ years of experiencedemonstrated Roadway/Interchange Lead Engineer experience on $200M+ similar projects, even without prior Design Manager designation.
