Job Description: Radiologic Technologist u2013 Experienced or New Grad Springville Workmed Medical Group Part-Time Benefits Eligible Springville Workmed Medical Group is seeking a Radiologic Technologist u2014open to experienced professionals and new graduates u2014to join our collaborative outpatient-focused care team. Schedule & Commitment Part-time: 20 hours per week Shift: Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM, Friday: 12:30 PM u2013 5:00 PM Benefits eligible Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $29.14 u2013 $44.94/hour , based on experience Sign-on bonus: Up to $1,500 for eligible applicants Position Overview As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment while ensuring a high standard of image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and clinical team members in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. This role is well suited for technologists who take pride in their technical skills, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering an excellent patient experience. Essential Functions + Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions + Ensure accurate patient identification , order verification, and exam preparation + Perform imaging exams according to department protocols and review images for quality and accuracy + Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment + Complete studies efficiently without compromising patient care or image quality + Assist and instruct students and other Radiologic Technologists on exam protocols, positioning, and equipment use + Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address patient concerns + Practice appropriate infection control and sterile techniques + Operate imaging equipment and related information systems effectively + Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures, and any adverse reactions + Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC programs, and equipment issue reporting Required Skills + Strong anatomy knowledge + Image evaluation and quality control + Imaging equipment operation + Contrast protocols + Emergency response + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Effective verbal and written communication + Electronic imaging systems proficiency + Task prioritization and time management + Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment Minimum Qualifications + American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification + Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers + May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist and perform MA functions in a clinic or InstaCare setting Why Join Springville Workmed Medical Group?
