Your Responsibilities: Respiratory Care Management u2013 Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions, including the administration of oxygen therapy, inhaled medications, and other treatments. Ventilator Management u2013 Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Patient Education u2013 Provide education and training to patients and their families about respiratory care, treatments, and techniques for managing respiratory conditions. Collaborate with Healthcare Team u2013 Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Monitor and Record Data u2013 Track patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team. Emergency Response u2013 Respond promptly to any respiratory emergencies, including code situations. Qualifications: Current Respiratory Therapist License u2013 Must be active and in good standing. BLS & ACLS Certification. Experience in Respiratory Care u2013 Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong Clinical Skills & Critical Thinking u2013 Ability to assess patient conditions and make appropriate decisions. Compassionate & Patient-Centered Approach. Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills. Ability to Work Independently.
