Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Analyze and interpret telecommunications billing data to validate charges and identify cost-saving opportunities. + Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders. + Track and monitor KPIs for telecommunications usage, costs, uptime, and time to repair. + Review contracts to ensure favorable rates and terms, with knowledge of ITT72 considered a plus. + Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues. + Stay current on telecommunications technologies and industry trends. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecommunications assets and services. + Verify E-911 location information for applicable services. + Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense management. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements + 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications expense management with clear focus on expense management versus general telecom analysis. + Hands-on TEM experience on the cellular side with emphasis on cost controls. + Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting. + Familiarity with ITT72 (preferred). _Recruitment Transparency Notice_ _Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
