This position has supervisory responsibility for various Fleet activities that may include, but not limited to asset lifecycle management, titling, registration, in servicing, data management, data documentation, fleet taxes, audits, decommissioning, toll management, project management and special projects. Position Responsibilities: + Supervises fleet operations practices at a corporate level enterprise wide. Develop and maintain guidance and counsel to complete coporate fleet operations related activities. Knowledge of Federal, State, and County regulations as it pertains to Fleet Operations to include, but not limited to, taxes, titles, registrations, and various asset lifecycle requirements. + Analyze data, create reporting, and KPIs. Continually seeks improvement in the quality of data and opportunities to leverage the data to provide analytics and provide better visibility of new equipment movement.Creating reports and presentations for fleet business uses. Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources. + Problem solving and seeking solutions. Utilizes knowledge of efficiency improvement programs to effectively increase productivity. Works closely with the Sr. Transportation Specialist to improve efficiency, streamlining and automating processes. + Problem solving and seeking solution. Utilizes knowledge of efficiency improvement programs to effectively increase productivity. Project Management. Develop and maintain a close working relationship with internal customers (OPCOs) and outside vendors to improve efficiency of processes and enhance bottom line results. + Lead, coach and conduct performance reviews. + Become Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility. Ability to adapt and become an expert on all related state, federal, and county regulations/requirements, operating systems and participate in federal, state and local audits. + Performs other related duties as assigned.
