PositionOverview The Senior Business Analyst, Smartsheet, supports theorganization in advancing project, portfolio, and resource managementcapabilities through the effective design and use of Smartsheetsolutions. Embedded within the Enterprise PMO, this role partners withstakeholders across the organization to design, build, implement, andsustain Smartsheet-based platforms. The Senior Business Analyst alsodrives decision-support insights through data visibility and reportingand will enable process automation and continuous improvement acrossproject and portfolio management practices. Essential Duties Include butare not limited to the following: Independently lead complex initiativeswith broad scope and minimal oversight. Independently gather anddocument requirements, translate them into designs aligned toestablished standards, and propose design improvements for review andapproval. Lead project steps and contribute to analysis, design,testing, deployment, and cross-functional issue resolution. Lead andexecute end-to-end functional testing and UAT cycles, ensure testingcompleteness and quality, contribute to SOP user documentation, and leadpost-go-live stabilization efforts. Serve as an advanced supportresource by troubleshooting complex issues, performing root causeanalysis, and recommending durable corrective actions. Share triage andescalation guidance with peers. Communicate clearly with internalstakeholders, leaders, and external vendors, translating technicalconcepts for non-technical audiences. Lead change management initiativesincluding development and ownership of SOPs and advanced trainingmaterials. Deliver targeted end-user training to drive adoption andsustainment. Help develop roadmap for supported system(s) and processesContinuously learn and apply new related skills and capabilitiesMaintain regular and reliable attendance.
