JOB REQUIREMENTS: Coordinate with partners and service providers to theimplement and deliver program services Provide orientation, recruitment,and case management; maintain accurate program data, generate reports,and collaborate with staff and community partners to deliver highquality support Collaborate with internal teams, community partners, andservice providers Manage a caseload of clients, tracking progress andproviding regular follow-up Monitor outcomes, track metrics, andevaluate program effectiveness to ensure goals are met and servicescontinuously improve Ensure policies, procedures, and processes areexecuted efficiently and in alignment with work plans Connectparticipants with resources, maintain strong communication withleadership, and engage in continuous professional development Delivercareer advising, participant support, and case management (in-person andhybrid) Identify challenges and implement creative solutions to supportclient outcomes Ensure compliance with federal and state grantrequirements Monitor program outcomes, track data, and prepare reportsContribute to outreach and engagement strategies to expand communityaccess OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strongorganizational, project management, and task coordination skillsExperience in event planning, quality assurance, operations, or programcoordination Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonalskills Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilitiesAbility to problem-solve, adapt, and manage multiple prioritiesExperience supporting clients, customers, or participants in achievinggoals Familiarity with case management or database software is a plusbut not required Empathy, cultural awareness, and commitment to helpingothers succeed Associate degree + relevant experience (Bachelor's orexperience in workforce development, social services, or human servicesis a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint) and data tracking tools Valid driver's license +reliable transportation (regional travel required) APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 3513 ANDERSON ST STE 104 Maila Rsum: Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin 3513Anderson Street, Suite 104 Madison, WI 53704-2607 E-Mail a Rsum: Fax a Rsum: (608) 249-9356
