Project Manager I and II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Project Manager I and II SUMMARY Mortenson iscurrently seeking a Project Manager to lead project quality, timeliness,and safety while mentoring the team. This role also involves developingand enhancing customer relationships through excellent service. Thisposition offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowingcandidates to apply based on their experience and pensation for this role is determined based on factors such asexperience and location. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage overall financialhealth of projects including subcontracts and suppliers Develop andmaintain project financial projections and allocate project estimateinto financial system Determine cost codes, approve invoices, andprovide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment Createmonthly owner billings and handle billings and contract managementincluding contract buyouts Oversee budget for and make selections oftrade partners and suppliers Lead/Manage Assistant Project Manager(s)and Project Engineer(s), provide job assignments, and facilitate/managecareer development Approve timecards for on-site team members andprovide ongoing feedback of work performance Function as the main pointof contact with the owner and on-site representative, assist with thereview of the owner agreement, and resolve site concerns Execute/Managechange orders, determine when to submit to the owner or on-siterepresentatives, and obtain the customer/architect's approval Maintainschedule and budget until project completion, provide high levelmanagement of quality, risk, safety, and compliance, and buildrelationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, orArchitectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalentexperience Current driver's license Proven ability to fulfill allresponsibilities for complex projects Detail orientation sufficient toorganize and manage multiple project tasks Basic understanding ofconstruction law and generally accepted business practices IntermediateMicrosoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills Abilityto interpret and communicate Mortenson policies Active listening skillsand effective communication including openness to diverse input andfeedback Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors,and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use PROJECT MANAGER 1:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six years of construction management or relatedexperience The base pay range for this role is $113,500 - $170,300PROJECT MANAGER 2: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Seven years of constructionmanagement or related experience with large projects ($20M+) The basepay range for this role is $132,100 - $198,200 (Actual range is...For full info follow application link.
