As a Talent Acquisition ProgramsConsultant focused on early career and emerging talent, you will helpshape and deliver programs that attract and develop future talent acrossthe Associated Bank footprint. You'll partner closely with TalentAcquisition leadership to strengthen university and workforcepartnerships, enhance the candidate experience, and build strong talentpipelines. Regular travel is required to attend recruitment events andcampus engagements, serving as a brand ambassador to support talentattraction efforts. Key Accountabilities Coordinate daily operations oftalent acquisition early career programs, ensuring a positive andengaging experience for participants. Coordinate and attend careerfairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the Associated Bankbrand. Manage relationships with universities, career services, faculty,and workforce organizations to build and strengthen talent pipelines.Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies leveraging social media,job boards, events, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns,including creating engaging recruitment content. Track and analyzerecruiting data to measure program effectiveness and inform hiringstrategies. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, andrecruiting best practices. Support full-cycle recruitment for exempt andnon-exempt roles, from sourcing through onboarding. Education &Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, orrelated field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of TalentAcquisition or Human Resources experience. 1-3 years of recruitingexperience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experiencesupporting university relations or early career programs.
