Competitive benefits andpaid leave including a day off for your birthday Your Role: As aCertified Peer Specialist - TCM, you will use your personal livedexperience with recovery to provide peer support and advocacy toindividuals navigating mental health challenges. You will collaboratewith consumers and care teams to empower personal growth, encourageengagement, and support long-term stability in the community.WhatYou'll Do: Provide Supportive Services - Deliver person-centered,trauma-informed support through advocacy, transportation as needed,one-on-one meetings, and collaboration with care teams to help consumerswork toward or maintain recovery. Advocate for Consumers - Represent andsupport consumers in meetings, appointments, and within communitysystems to ensure their voices are heard and respected. EmpowerRecovery - Use your lived experience to help individuals identifystrengths, set goals, and connect with appropriate community resourcesand recovery supports. Ensure Compliance - Follow all legal,organizational, and contractual policies, including documentation,audits, and program requirements. Document and Report - Prepare,complete, and submit accurate and timely notes and required paperworkaccording to program timelines. Promote Communication andCollaboration - Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers,team members, and external partners. Fulfill Mandated Reporting Duties -Comply with all mandated reporting responsibilities related to childsafety and welfare. Engage in Professional Development - Attendmeetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunitiesas directed. Support the Team - Perform additional duties as assigned tocontribute to the success of the program. Requirements What We'reLooking For: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Social Workor related field (Required). Master's degree from an accredited schoolin Social Work or related field (Highly preferred). Certified as a Stateof Wisconsin Peer Specialist (Required).
