Gastro Health is seeking a Boardu2011Certified or Boardu2011Eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) to join our wellu2011established, physicianu2011led practice in Olympia, Washington. Position Highlights: Boardu2011Certified or Boardu2011Eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) 4u2011day workweek (10u2011hour shifts) Mix of clinic and endoscopy with strong, established patient demand General GI procedures required Opportunity to grow advanced endoscopy services (ERCP, EUS not required) Call shared equally among partners Approximately 5 weekends per year Approximately 20 weeknight calls per year About Gastro Health Physicianu2011led, collaborative practice with a supportive, consensusu2011driven culture Team includes: 11 Gastroenterologists 8 ARNPs 2 PAs Approximately 90 support staff Average daily volume of: 15 clinic patients 15 endoscopy cases Opportunity for research and teaching, including serving as a training site for medical students and ARNPs Hospital privileges required at a facility located just two blocks from the practice Compensation & Benefits: Early partnership opportunity in a thriving, growing practice Highly competitive compensation; recent partners began around $450,000 (starting salary negotiable) Signu2011on bonus and relocation assistance available CME allowance of $3,000 and 3 CME days annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
