An appraisal coordinator facilitates the process of property valuation by acting as a liaison between AMCs, processors, and sales. They schedule and coordinate property inspections, ensure accurate documentation is prepared, and maintain communication to ensure a smooth appraisal workflow. Additionally, they supervise timelines, address inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the appraisal process.
