Immediate position for a full time Bookkeeper, Sales Tax, some Payroll We need a full time bookkeeper for various accounts. Individual must - speaks spanish - able to work independently and keep accounts steady - turn in monthly and weekly reports - finalize 2 bookkeeping per week - able to work with deadlines - adapt quickly to the need of our client base - keep up with multiple account status to finalize - knowledgein bookkeeping procedures at 100% - professional, organized, and reliable. - prioritizing projects and deadlines is a must - Team player at end of quarter assisting in data entry Permit Dept. We are interested in an individual willing to focus and put interest in the position. Being prompt, and turning in clean cut work for this is what we are known for. The job consist of handling multiple companies-mainly trucking companies. All accounts will have their special needs however the process and technique to get the job done is the same. Knowledge in bookkeeping is required; the sorting of accounts, disbursement reports, check runs, deposit runs, debit runs, cash runs, to finalize to a profit and loss report. This is a fast-paced office, your day is full of activity and goes by extremely fast. We have a friendly and professional environment. We all work very hard to keep our clients happy.
