Overview Due to growth, we areadding a Vendor Manager, Client Operations to our team The VendorManager, Client Operations (VMCO) is a highly motivated professionalwith at least 3 years of successful vendor management. The VMCO willinterface with brokers, consultants, and clients to manage projects thatcould include but is not limited to transitioning clients to EpiphanyRxfrom their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, andfacilitating a change in vendor relations. The position is responsiblefor building deep relationships with EpiphanyRx vendors and theirclients so they learn to trust us and have confidence that their needswill be successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The VMCO must havestrong relationship skills to work with internal and external partnersincluding subject matter experts across both Navitus and ERx, which willbe key to successful vendor relationships. Excellent communicationskills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept wellinformed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and anypotential issues.
