JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Job: As the IAM Engineer Product Owner youwill work with minimal supervision in IAM, focusing on larger andcomplex projects. They possess an advanced understanding of Identity &Access Management and comprehend the impact of their work on others.They have a solid understanding of general security frameworks anddelivery models and exhibit a continuous learning mindset. They excel inrequirements gathering, customer-centric thinking, and aligningtechnical objectives with business objectives. They provide technicalleadership, guidance, and mentorship not only within their IAM Domainbut also to junior personnel outside of their domain. They leadcollaboration with third-party vendors, stay updated with the latest IAMtechnologies and threats, and proactively implement risk mitigationmeasures. What You'll Do: Works under minimal supervision within IAM onlarger and complex projects Contributes to overall IAM Strategy fordomain(s) they represent Handles very high complex issues independentlybut may need assistance from others on team for more the most complexissues Has a solid understanding of general security frameworks anddelivery models Defines how Identity & Access Management and toolsshould be used within their IAM Domain(s) Has an advanced understandingof Identity & Access Management and how their work impacts others.Defines knowledge of engineering best practices within their IAMDomain(s) Leads the architecture of IAM solutions, consideringscalability, security, and usability requirements within their domain(s)Stays updated with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and emergingthreats, and proactively implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.Leads collaboration with third-party vendors and partners to evaluateIAM tools and services Advanced skills of requirements gathering andseeing through the eyes of the customers and aligns technical objectivesto business objectives Able to troubleshoot or analyze the most advancedprocess issues, identify cause, and recommend efficiencies or provideformal reporting Provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorshipExhibits appetite for continuous learning and improvement Stronginterpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to all organizationallevels.
