University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Medicine: Medicine: Infectious Diseases Salary Range or Pay Grade $200,000 - $240,000 a year Description The Department of Medicine, Infectious Disease Division is seeking a Full-time Faculty at the Assistant Professor level to join the Transplant & Immunocompromised Infectious Disease Service. The Transplant & Immunocompromised Infectious Disease service provides clinical consultation to the Solid Organ Transplant Center (Heart, Liver, Kidney, and Pancreas) and Wilmot Cancer Center (Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Bone Marrow Transplant) at the University of Rochester Medical Center. The faculty member will join faculty on a physician-scientist track. The successful candidate will develop an independent, externally funded research program focused on infections in solid organ and/or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, while contributing to excellence in clinical care, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications M.D. or D.O.
