MARKETING COORDINATOR - REMOTE

This role is heavily focused on events, which represent approximately 80% of the positionu2019s responsibilities. The Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in planning, managing, and executing AireSpringu2019s industry trade shows, partner events, and smaller customer and partner engagement programs. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor and show services management, staffing coordination, promotional support, and on-site readiness. The role also works closely with the marketing team to align event promotion across email, social, and other marketing channels to maximize event impact and attendance.
