DescriptionWhat You Will DoCollaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team in a variety of settings, ensuring that emotional, spiritual, religious and psychosocial needs of the patient, family and or employee related to the patient's illness are addressed.Demonstrates effective leadership in development and implementation of spiritual care program/services for Seidman Cancer Center, CMC and our community partners.Ensures effective and efficient delivery of services in order to support patients, families and staffCreates and maintains a positive work environment.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as plies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
