Our client, Microsoft Corporation a leader in data center construction and operations , is seeking a Construction Manager 2 to join their team. As a Project Coordinator , you will be part of the Datacenter Construction & Operations (DCOC) Department , supporting Construction Managers, Design Teams, and DCOC Program Leadership . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail , which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Construction Manager 2 Location: Quincy, WA (100% onsite) Pay Range: $54.05 u2013 $59.47 per hour Whatu2019s the Job? + Manage and maintain project documentation including compliance records, closeout materials, and reporting to ensure alignment with program controls. + Support site operations tasks such as Datacenter Access Control, escort scheduling, stop work tracking, and procurement coordination. + Assist Construction Managers with field activitiesu2014attending site walks, tracking materials, and reviewing logistics and safety plans. + Prepare executive-level project reports, meeting documentation, and facilitate clear communication across teams. + Support onboarding, training, and integration of new team members into DCOC processes and systems. Whatu2019s Needed? + Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. + 2u20135 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or project administration. + Working knowledge of construction processes, cost management, scheduling, and quality control principles. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, OneNote) and PMIS platforms such as Procore. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
