What Youu2019ll Be Doing Responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives while leading continuous improvement initiatives and strategic decision-making; leads high-performing teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and efficiency. Duties: lead, mentor, and train employees to enhance performance and cross-functional capabilities; oversee workforce planning, performance evaluation, and corrective actions in collaboration with HR; drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma among others) to optimize plant operations; manage quality systems, internal audits, and compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards; implement process controls to enhance efficiency and minimize defects; develop and track KPIs to measure performance and drive process improvements; lead risk management, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve stability; manage complex customer and supplier quality complaints, conducting root cause analysis (8D, APQP); optimize labor utilization and work schedules to meet operational goals; ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal audits, and process standardization; execute plant transfers, supplier development, and Product and Process change management; standardize processes across multi-sites internationally.
