Description: You will be the Aeronautical Engineer Stf for the Advanced Development Programs u2013 Skunk Works which is responsible for designing and integrating nextu2011generation weapon systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Stf you will be responsible for driving the integration and design synthesis of the XR/AGMu2011158 Flex weapon system family while collaborating across a multiu2011disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include: + Lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation. + Support and conduct multiu2011disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost. + Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supplyu2011chain teams to ensure smooth production operations. + Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders. + Mentor earlyu2011career engineers and champion Oneu2011LM culture across crossu2011functional teams.
