This role supports high-quality oncology imaging workflows and provides essential diagnostic services. You will join a collaborative imaging team that values professional growth, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. Essential Job Functions + Maintain ARRT or modality-specific clinical competencies + Verify orders, ensure proper patient identification, and prepare patients for exams + Perform imaging exams per protocol; assess image quality and accuracy + Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain compliance with NRC and regulatory agencies + Complete studies efficiently without compromising patient care standards + Provide patient instruction, education, and comfort during procedures + Assist and mentor students and technologists on procedures and equipment + Apply sterile and infection control techniques + Operate imaging equipment and electronic imaging systems + Maintain accurate documentation per state and Joint Commission standards + Follow protocols around medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC, and equipment reporting Minimum Qualifications + Current license in state of practice + ARRT or NMTCB clinical board certification + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + IV certification + One year of clinical Nuclear Medicine experience preferred but not required Why Intermountain Health We offer a supportive environment focused on growth, innovation, and high-quality patient care.
