As a Senior IT Systems Support Analyst you will support, manage, and enhance our IT systems infrastructureu2014keeping our production moving, employeeu2019s technology up, running, and secure.What You Will Do: u2022 Manage and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, software, and standardized system images, including updates and patches. u2022 Lead Windows, Office, and client application deployments in partnership with engineering and development teams. u2022 Maintain SLAs for incident and service requests and ensure accurate inventory of all end user computing devices. u2022 Monitor system performance, strengthen endpoint security, and respond to critical cybersecurity events. u2022 Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and technology alignment. u2022 Research, recommend, and integrate new technologies to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. u2022 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support staff. What We Look For: u2022 Associateu2019s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not requiredu2022 Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including Technical Support Analyst experienceu2022 Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and scripting toolsu2022 Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and networkingu2022 Ability to provide strong customer service including written and verbal communication u2022 Solid understanding of network concepts and IT best practicesu2022 Proven ability to deliver effective, client-focused IT solutionsu2022 Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $89,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
