Tax Manager

Job Title: Tax Manager Location: Remote What's the Job? + Manage and oversee outsourced personal property tax work, including reviewing returns and ensuring accuracy. + Coordinate with external vendors to reconcile transactions and verify billing processes. + Monitor and manage the outsourced team to meet all project deadlines and quality standards. + Review and validate tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize tax processes and resolve issues efficiently. What's Needed? + Proven experience in managing tax processes, particularly personal property tax. + Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage outsourced teams effectively. + Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory. + Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. + Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities.
