Generalresponsibilities are routine entry level building maintenance andfacility- related tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry,and other facility-related tasks as assigned. What you'll do: Completesshort-term maintenance projects as needed (e.g., painting, basichousehold repairs, remodel, refurbish etc.). Cleans windows and glassdoors. Moves and assembles furniture or equipment between BHN locationsas needed. Performs minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairsand services. Uses company vehicle to assist with refuse delivery tolocal waste management facilities as needed. Performs housekeepingduties as needed. Maintains grounds in clean and orderly manner asneeded.
