About the Role: As a Senior CX/UX Designer (AI-First Innovation Financial & Corporate Compliance), you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. Required Job Qualifications (5yrs minimum in role plus 2yrs AI driven experience) u2022 Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows. u2022 User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies. u2022 Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes. u2022 Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights. u2022 Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems. u2022 Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts. u2022 Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings. u2022 Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards. Responsibilities : u2022 Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects. u2022 Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests. u2022 Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations. u2022 Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products. u2022 Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work. u2022 Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. u2022 Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing. u2022 Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies. u2022 Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices. u2022 Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
