Provides coaching and individualized guidance to employees participating in education courses. Supports learners in developing time management skills, study skills, and test-taking skills. Develops curriculum to support Network initiatives and drives talent reskilling/upskilling. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Utilizes adult learning strategies and active learning formats to engage and support employees participating in talent academies or other professional programs + Coaches employees individually and in groups to fosters learning through positive experiences + Supports development service line/department frameworks for onboarding, competency, and annual education + Consults with internal content experts to identify optimal design of curriculum, effective instructional methodologies, and meaningful uses of multimedia in support of onboarding, competency, and professional upskilling + Communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders and supervisor to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled + Support the alignment of education to the Networku2019s strategic goals by collecting information and data to help determine the return on investment of educational programs + Assists with coordination of specific special projects and events PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 2 hours at a time. Standing for up to 4 hours per day, 3 hours at a time. Requires occasional fingering, handling, and twisting and turning while entering data into the computer. Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasionally requires reaching above shoulder level. Must have the ability to hear as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general, peripheral and near vision, visual monotony. EDUCATION: Bacheloru2019s Degree required in Education. Masteru2019s Degree in Education preferred. Hold a valid education teaching certificate. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Five yearsu2019 experience teaching in the K-12 or higher education setting preferred. Advanced knowledge of effective preparation for standardized testing preferred.
