Sentara Therapy Center Blocker is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant in Norfolk, VirginiaThis is a Full-time, Day shift opportunity with great benefits.The hours of operation for the center are:730 am -6 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays; 8 am -7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays ;and 8 am - 4:30 pm on FridaysThe ideal candidate will be flexible to work early morning schedules and late evening schedules to accomodate hours of operation of the facility.As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
