This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote after training is completed. Together, we’ll shape a future defined by excellence How you'll make an impactAs a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth workflows and provide outstanding client support. From managing accounts and processing policy changes to reviewing carrier quotes and ensuring compliance with documentation standards, your work will directly impact client satisfaction and retention. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your expertise by staying updated on industry trends and participating in ongoing training.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Supporting clients by preparing correspondence, processing renewals, and managing policy changes.Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, including signed applications and coverage confirmations.Maintaining organized records and adhering to company procedures to achieve positive audit results.Engaging in continuous learning to enhance your insurance knowledge and technical skills. About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
