Warehouse Operations Lead

Description We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee and execute key logistics activities in our Dallas, Texas facility. This role combines hands-on operational work with a strategic understanding of the business to ensure high-quality handling of luxury goods. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and presentation of items valued at over $10,000 while supporting the scaling of operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the receipt, consolidation, and shipment of packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. u2022 Perform manual labor tasks, including packaging and handling goods, while maintaining a detailed understanding of broader business objectives. u2022 Operate specialized dashboards and software, including proprietary systems and Google Workspace, to track inventory and manage workflows. u2022 Monitor and maintain the physical inventory of goods, conducting annual audits to ensure consistency and accuracy. u2022 Oversee the quality and presentation of packaging to meet luxury standards and enhance the unboxing experience for clients. u2022 Handle delicate and high-value items with care, ensuring their safety and integrity during all stages of processing. u2022 Support operational growth by contributing to the expansion of warehouse facilities and adapting processes to increased volume. u2022 Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline logistics and address challenges in distribution. u2022 Uphold strict standards of discretion and integrity when handling items for high-net-worth clients. u2022 Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations and uphold company standards. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or luxury retail environments. u2022 Proven ability to handle delicate and high-value materials with precision and care. u2022 Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Google Workspace tools. u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards. u2022 Experience conducting physical inventory audits and managing stock levels effectively. u2022 Background in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is highly preferred. u2022 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to support operational efficiency. u2022 Ability to perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
