Responsibilities: WhatYou’llBe DoingAnswer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm,and follow up on service appointments.Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes andoptimizecurrent and future schedules;don’tworry, we will train you!Applyexpertisedeveloped in training to schedule appointments for technicians to efficiently minimize driving time and/or distance as needed and recommend alternative routes when appropriateUse your sharp listening skills and probing questions toidentifythe customer’s concern and evaluate their needsMonitor, update,andmaintaincustomer database withaccuratecustomer information,including call details, disposition of calls, payments, and other resultsRescheduleunservedaccounts within 24 hoursParticipate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiativesSafeguardscustomers’privacy and other proprietary informationWhat’s In It for You?Competitive Earnings Starting at $18.25- $20 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions.
