Senior Living in Louisville, CO | Balfour LouisvilleWhat will I do every day?Complete accurate and regular resident assessmentsDetermine the appropriate level of careMaintain all resident information, files, and reportsSupervise and administer all resident medicationsMaintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirementsCoordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providersManage Assisted Living budget and expensesForecast and schedule necessary levels of staffingConduct departmental planning and forecastingHire and train care team associatesManage and improve resident and family satisfactionWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Three to five years of supervisory experienceBS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fieldsExperience in working with seniorsResident Care Director experience / Director of Nursing experienceAbility to work weekends and/or nights as neededSpecial Requirements/Certifications:Licensed as RN or LPN requiredCPR CertifiedFirst Aid CertifiedUniversal Precautions trainedWhat’s in it for me?
