Families don’t have to juggle multiple providers—our team delivers collaborative, life-changing care together in one vibrant, spacious clinic.For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.Competitive salary: $70,000-$75,000 AnnuallyHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysOngoing professional development within the LEARN Behavioral networkThe chance to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive, collaborative, and evolving environmentMaster’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related counseling field.Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or currently working toward independent licensure).Functional understanding of how ASD impacts the family system.Experience implementing behavioral and cognitive-behavioral interventions.previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism strongly preferredA self-starter who brings ideas, passion, and vision to the tableStrong communication, adaptability, and a love of working as part of a teamBonus if you have First Aid/CPR training!Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorderConduct sibling and family support groupsDeliver best-practice outpatient mental health services through assessments, interventions, and collaborative treatmentMentor practicum students and interns through training, coaching, and supervisionCollaborate daily with SLPs, Behavior Analysts, Psychologists, and Mental Health Clinicians to deliver truly integrated careConduct relevant training sessions for staff and the community on the mental health needs of individuals with ASD.WEAP/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
