The Treasury Management Specialist drives exceptional business member experience by delivering expert technical support, proactive issue resolution, and consultative guidance across all Treasury Management and Business Services solutions. This fuel's operational excellence by advancing cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and supporting product implementation.Performs a variety of routine daily tasks, including but not limited to report review and analysis, prepares correspondence, communicates with members and participates in department projectsProvides comprehensive technical and general support to Logix members across all Treasury Management and Business Services areas while adhering to assigned SLAsProvides guidance and leads projects for the implementation of new treasury programsLeverage available resources and technologies to optimize member experience with operational excellence and accuracyNavigates multiple concurrent tasks and adjusts priorities in alignment with management direction and team collaborationProvide consultative and insightful feedback to business members regarding Treasury Management services and productsWorks closely with the Policy and Procedures department and Business Services management to create and update applicable policies and procedures, Job Aids, and PKDsConsistently apply decision-making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures, keeping within assigned approval limits and using these instances as learning tools for employee developmentProvide product/service recommendations to create process efficiencies and provide other business flow benefits to existing and new business membersSupport Business Services Sales team by providing training on features and benefits of Treasury Management products and servicesResponds to inquiries or refers inquiries to the appropriate department/person and exhibits the necessary follow-through with members or internal team members to resolve any questions or concerns that are madePerforms member setups, some may require travel; prepares member-related documents and maintains member files as it relates to general business member servicing and Treasury Management ServicesResponds and supports escalated issues regarding general business servicing that includes Remote Deposit Capture with Scanners, Business Online Wires, Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, business account opening, and other Treasury Management servicesWorks cross functionally to support process improvements, project execution and operation tasks.Leads risk assessments for Treasury Services by recommending approval and changes to new and existing products for member eligibility.In the absence of the Business Banking Operations Manager, may act as the point of contact with various internal and external partners regarding system functionality and issues relating to the Treasury Management servicesConducts research based on report analytics and statistics to help improve the product line up, process workflow, etc.Provides continuous feedback to management in the form of reports, charts and statistics as requested.
