If so, we want to hear from you!Diversicare is currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Box Truck Driver and assistant with Records Management. This role involves handling, organizing, and transporting confidential documents, while maintaining clear and professional communication with team members and clients.Driving Duties:Safely operate box truck for local and regional deliveries/pickupsLoad and unload document boxes using proper lifting techniquesConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsFollow scheduled routes and delivery timelinesComply with DOT regulations and company vehicle safety policiesWarehouse Duties:Receive, label, and store, incoming document boxes and files according to Diversicare policiesRetrieve and prepare documents for scheduled deliveries or pickupsMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systemsEnsure proper handling and storage of sensitive and confidential materialsMay operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Safely operate shredding machines as directedKeep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCommunication Duties: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during pickups and deliveriesCoordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate serviceReport any issues, delays, or discrepancies promptlyMaintain a professional demeanor at all timesQualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License with clean driving recordExperience driving box truck preferredPerform physical tasks as requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail Strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and part of a teamForklift operation/certification may be requiredBasic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking)Working Conditions:Works indoors primarily in warehouse conditions, however, may work outdoors on occasion. Noise level within the work environment is usually moderate. May require travel that may include driving long distances and overnight stays.Physical Effort:Maximum lifting of approximately 50 pounds. Frequent walking and/or standing, lifting. The team member is regularly required to walk, kneel, stand, push and pull equipment frequently throughout the day.
