Job Description

The Property Account Manager is an integral position within the Utility Management organization working closely with Implementations, Sales and Operations. The SimpleBills Account Manager is responsible for client relationship building, understanding client goals and objectives, corporate communication of account status, assisting with client escalations, and ensuring client revenue, retention and growth. The Account Manager I will anticipate and communicate customer needs and identify barriers while prioritizing organizational goals and initiativesClient Relationship Management: 55% o Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships that allow for open communication and trustAssist with periodic client business reviews for assigned clients as appropriateAnalyze key metrics of customer usage and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain assigned portfolio to drive client adoption and usage to achieve targeted annual revenue goalAssist in identifying revenue opportunities within the framework of the organization wide strategyGrow business by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer servicesPortfolio Utility Billing Management: 35% o Report account status reviews to management weeklyWork closely with multiple departments to coordinate client needs and resolve outstanding issuesWork with internal departments and clients to meet monthly billing and prebill goalsAdditional duties as needed.- 10%Bachelor’s Degree in business, related filed or equivalent experience in industryMinimum of 1 year Account Management experience overseeing a high-volume portfolioProperty Management experience preferredDemonstrated ability to retain and grow accountsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired resultsExperience in project management, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiativeAbility to communicate clients’ needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiativesAbility to motivate others to achieve project deliverablesExcellent follow up skills#LI-DNISALARY AND BENEFITSRealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Performance-based bonus based on position.Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
