CNC Team Lead / Programmer / Setup Machinist

Eagle Metalcraft is seeking an experienced and driven CNC Team Lead / Programmer / Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for leading daily shop floor operations, programming and optimizing CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360, performing complex setups, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
