Job Description

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Portfolio Intelligence SME to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10) in providing Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration. This effort delivers technical, analytical, operational, programmatic, and planning subject-matter expertise to HAF/A10 and its component divisions to advance national security strategic plans, policies, concepts, and initiatives. Support areas include international treaties and agreements, the Foreign Clearance Program, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, nuclear stockpile and enterprise management, missile defense, nuclear deterrence research and education, strategic policy, ancillary IT support, and program management.This is a full-time position, located on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.***This position is contingent upon contract award.***Serve as on-site Nuclear and CWMD Intelligence SME and primary Government POC for related requirementsProvide overall guidance on the DRP mission and A10 portfolio intelligence needsProvide subject-matter expertise in strategic deterrence analyses, counterintelligence, and WMD systemsIntegrate intelligence and IC products into the A10 portfolio scope, requirements, and assessmentsSupport investigations to discover, disseminate, and apply new or expanded knowledge on 21st-century deterrence and associated threatsDeliver responsive analytical support, assessments, and recommendations to inform policy, operations, and planningLiaise with the Intelligence Community, interagency partners, and Air Force stakeholders to coordinate intelligence activities and information sharingBrief and disseminate findings to senior leaders and relevant audiences on implications for deterrence and CWMD postureMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance:Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI level clearanceEducation:Bachelor's degreeYears of Experience: Twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including fifteen (15) years of DoD experienceAdditional Experience:Knowledge of and research experience in nuclear and CWMD-related topicsExperience incorporating WMD threats into strategy, plans, policy, operations, and doctrineExperience working with and liaising with the Intelligence Community, interagency partners, and AF/A2Working experience with NDO capability master plans, including NC3Experience integrating intelligence and IC products into nuclear deterrence operationsExperience incorporating WMD issues into AF and IC collection and analysisExperience identifying and highlighting operational effects and impacts of WMD useExperience setting operational requirements for collection and disseminationExperience working with the counterintelligence community on related issuesExperience operating in complex environments with multiple points of contactExperience generating briefings and decision papersPreferred Qualifications:Education:Master's degreeYears of Experience: Twenty (20) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including twelve (12) years of DoD experienceAdditional Information:Location:Located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VAOn-site:This is a full-time on-site position***This position is contingent upon contract award.**
