We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Striping Supervisor to lead our pavement marking operations.Position OverviewThe Striping Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all pavement marking and striping operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesField OperationsSupervise and lead line striping crews on commercial, municipal, and industrial projectsOperate and oversee the use of striping machines, paint systems, and related equipmentEnsure layout accuracy according to site plans and ADA compliance requirementsMaintain high standards for workmanship and project qualityTeam LeadershipTrain, mentor, and manage crew membersAssign daily tasks and monitor productivityEnforce company safety policies and OSHA standardsConduct job site safety meetings and inspectionsProject ManagementCoordinate scheduling with operations and project managersEnsure projects are completed on time and within scopeCommunicate with clients and onsite contacts as neededTrack materials usage and equipment needsEquipment & MaintenanceOversee maintenance and care of striping equipmentMonitor inventory of paint, glass beads, and materialsEnsure trucks and trailers are organized and job-readyWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and comply with OFCCP regulations. Submission of this information is voluntary and refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse treatment.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of experience in pavement marking / line striping1+ year in a supervisory or crew lead roleStrong knowledge of ADA regulations and pavement marking standardsExperience operating airless striping machines and layout equipmentValid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPreferred:Experience in commercial and municipal striping projectsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusStrong organizational and communication skills
