Description: What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering the Build and Operations and Maintenance of two of our Oracle EPM application products (FCC and TRCS) . You will be responsible for the following: u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the Oracle EPM Forward Pricing (FPRP) and Indirect Budget (IB) applications meet business needs u2022 Oversee product build, backlog, and requirements documentation u2022 Work with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners u2022 Communicate with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs u2022 Work with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts u2022 Provide clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy usersu2019 needs u2022 Ensure functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable u2022 Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission u2022 Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what will be worked next u2022 Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed u2022 Optimize the value of the work the Development Team performs u2022 Engage with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution u2022 Guide the maintenance of our Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) and Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) applications Basic Qualifications: u2022 Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Oracle EPM applications u2022 Understanding of IT principles, including software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and IT service management u2022 Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically u2022 US Citizenship required for this role Desired Skills: u2022 Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with FCC and/or TRCS u2022 Certification in Oracle EPM products or related technologies u2022 Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban u2022 Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125.
