Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Glen Head, New York. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for a large employee base. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. u2022 Handle multi-state payroll operations, addressing specific state requirements and tax considerations. u2022 Utilize UKG to process payroll and maintain employee records. u2022 Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll data seamlessly. u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings. u2022 Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues promptly. u2022 Monitor and update payroll systems to accommodate organizational changes and requirements. u2022 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and ensure data security. u2022 Stay updated on payroll laws and industry best practices to implement necessary changes. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration. u2022 Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processing, including large employee bases. u2022 Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and requirements. u2022 Experience working UKG. u2022 Ability to manage payroll for 100-500 employees accurately and efficiently. u2022 Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and address employee inquiries.
