We are open to various levels of experience and compensation will be commensurate based on experience.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify prospective clients; develop relationships, identify and research needs, recommend cash management products and services that solve customer needsContribute to fee revenue growth and profitability of business line by assessing appropriate fees and controlling expendituresEngage Retail and Commercial associates by providing training and developing referral programs and sales incentive campaignsDevelopment, implementation and reporting of a comprehensive sales plan encompassing prospecting, direct sales, customer service and complianceLead sales efforts and prepare documentation for cash management products including: Business Online Banking, Bill Payment, OnSite Express Deposit, Positive Pay, ACH, Automated Lockbox, Virtual Safe, CDARS, Merchant Services, Sweep, Analysis, Business Check Card and Business Credit Card servicesServe as Division leader for merchant services product lineProvide representation on cash management sales task force for DivisionConduct external sales efforts as identified in department goalsProvide assistance with identification, innovation and implementation of new cash management productsPrepare agreements and proposals as neededProvide ongoing customer service and support to Division customers as well as corporate personnelAnswer customer questions relating to cash management products, services and feesActively participate in professional organizations and business, community and civic eventsAssume responsibility for customer problems and solve them quickly and efficientlyMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESInterpersonal/Customer Service SkillsWritten and Verbal CommunicationAbility to understand and follow directionsAdaptable to changeBasic Computer SkillsOrganizational Skills/Detail OrientedTechnical ExpertiseLeadership/Management SkillsAbility to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to work as part of a teamEDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredFive years of banking experience requiredAssociate degree or higher in business related field preferredSCHEDULETypical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. This position will work 20% remote and 80% onsite.
