This role involves designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, performance metrics, digital tools, and operational frameworks to promote client satisfaction and achieve operational results. Your primary responsibilities will include:u2022 Design and Implement Processes: Develop and implement processes that support end-to-end process integration and cross-functional alignment, ensuring scalable innovation and client satisfaction.u2022 Optimize Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor and optimize performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.u2022 Engage in Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with various departments to drive initiatives that promote operational results and client satisfaction, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.u2022 Develop Operational Frameworks: Establish and maintain operational frameworks that support the global supply chain ecosystem, enabling efficient and effective operations.u2022 Drive Strategic Transformation: Support strategic transformation initiatives that drive innovation, process improvements, and client satisfaction across the supply chain ecosystem.
