Fleet Operations Coordinator Location: On-site across three client locations in New York & New Jersey + Blauvelt, NY + Hawthorne, NY + Lodi, NJ Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (9 months) Work Environment: 100% On-Site Compensation: + Pay Rate: $19u2013$26/hr (W2) + Conversion Salary: $60,000u2013$70,000 + Company vehicle provided during contract and after conversion + Weekend and holiday availability required About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Fleet Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day management of a large vehicle fleet for a major client. This role blends hands-on fleet oversight, operational coordination, and client engagement. You will help manage the health, efficiency, and productivity of the fleet while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring an exceptional support experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with vehicle rental, fleet management, or operations experience who enjoys working in the field, interacting with customers, and solving problems in real time.
