Job Description: A Maintenance Technician is responsible for general repairs, managing sub-contractors, physical repairs at service centers of various types, lube equipment / piping and ensuring that each facility is maintained to the point that it is safe for our guests and team members. The individual in this position is also responsible for ensuring that the building operates above all federal and state requirements from a physical perspective. The standard work week consists of 40-50 hours / week with occasional mandatory overtime. Overnight travel is approximately 20% of the job.
