As an Art Director in the PV Brand Partnership team within Brand Innovation Lab, you'll craft innovative cobranded campaigns from initial pitch to final execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop conceptual creative for external brands and Prime Video titles that spans across the Amazon Canvas. You'll work across multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining a focus on customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong art direction skills, design expertise, and a strategic mindset. They are innovative, adaptable, self-reliant, and committed to delivering exceptional work that aligns with brand goals, Prime Video objectives, and best-in-class industry trends. Deep experience with video content creation and production constraints is essential. Key job responsibilities Partner with Copywriters, other Art Directors, Creative Directors, Solutions Managers, and Producers to develop customer-focused creative solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives. Create conceptual, strategic, and visually compelling work across Amazon's full canvas (, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, etc.). Concept video-first creative. Create compelling visual narratives and design solutions across multiple platforms. Own the visual design of pitch presentations, including detailed design comps, deck structure, and final presentation materials. Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners Maintain consistent design excellence while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines Create within the constraints of IP, working with and understanding production realities. Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and design processes Ensure all deliverables maintain the highest standards of design quality while meeting business objectives Balance multiple stakeholder needs while maintaining focus on customer experience and brand goals. Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them through documentation About the team The Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is the internal group within Amazon that creates campaigns and activations for global advertisers. Using all of the different platforms within the Amazon canvas (Custom landing pages, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, etc.), we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon customers across our digital channels and beyond. This role is specifically within the Prime Video Brand Partnerships team, within BIL.Basic Qualifications- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery - Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers) - Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
