Key Responsibilities u2713 Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and speed u2713 Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system u2713 Perform 3-way matching with POs, packing slips, and approvals u2713 Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies u2713 Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and payment batching u2713 Maintain detailed AP records and documentation for audits u2713 Communicate with vendors and internal departments to verify charges and resolve issues u2713 Support month-end closing with AP accruals, reporting, and reconciliations u2713 Ensure compliance with internal policies, purchasing guidelines, and department deadlines Requirements + 2u20134 years of dedicated AP experience + Strong data entry accuracy and high attention to detail + Experience with high-volume AP processing preferred + Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar) + Proficient in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) + Hospitality, casino, or retail industry experience is a plus Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
