Description We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional Division. This role is crucial in providing front-end user support, ensuring that all users, including C-Level Executives, receive excellent service and assistance with their technical needs. Requirements Responsibilities + Provide excellent Service Desk support for A/V, VDI, network connectivity, and latency issues. + Support users and Cu2011Level Executives both remotely and deskside; must be comfortable interacting with executives and providing whiteu2011glove customer service. + Handle hardware deployments and configurations using Intune. + Troubleshoot Windows, onu2011prem Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments. + Resolve audiou2011related issues (majority of tickets), supporting users working remotely and across multiple states. + Diagnose and repair laptops brought onsite (approximately 10u201312 per week). + Troubleshoot Adobe applications. + Provision access in Azure and manage group assignments. + Support SharePoint, OneDrive, and network shares. + Assist with highu2011level macOS troubleshooting (approximately 50 mac users). + Write and update internal knowledge base documentation. + Support the Infrastructure team with projects as needed. + Support a large, primarily U.S.-based user environment. Qualifications + 3u20135 years of experience providing frontu2011line Service Desk support. + 1+ years with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra. Required Skills + Strong troubleshooting experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). + Proficiency with Windows environments. + Familiarity with macOS environments is a plus. + Basic networking knowledge. + Experience with Intune for laptop deployments. + Experience with JAMF is a plus. + Experience troubleshooting audio and A/V issues (Teams calls, headsets, conference rooms, etc.). + Printer and print server troubleshooting (e.g., Printex). + Experience supporting projects such as Windows rollouts, deployments, or device refreshes. + Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow; ability to write clear documentation and service notes. + Familiarity with Adobe Suite is helpful. + Comfortable providing executiveu2011level, whiteu2011glove support and interacting with Cu2011Suite. + Comfortable making outbound calls to users and assisting deskside as needed. + Effective communication over phone, in person, and via Teams. + Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Able to work independently and collaboratively. + MSP experience or experience supporting a publicly traded company is a plus. Preferred Skills + Experience with JAMF. + Familiarity with Adobe Suite.
