Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney specializing in family law to join our dynamic legal team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in family law and the ability to produce high-quality legal work. This role requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, in family law cases. u2022 Handle civil litigation matters related to family law, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making. u2022 Represent clients effectively in family court proceedings and mediations. u2022 Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive support to clients. u2022 Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, offering clear guidance tailored to their individual circumstances. u2022 Manage and complete family law court forms accurately and efficiently. u2022 Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Stay updated on changes in family law and related legal practices to ensure high-quality representation. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law, including civil litigation. u2022 Proven ability to draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. u2022 Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. u2022 Membership in the California State Bar is required. u2022 Familiarity with family law court forms and procedures. u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
