Secret Systems Administrator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the a large government customer. The Systems Administrator II maintains and supports the integrity, availability, and performance of the organizationu2019s operating systems and IT infrastructure. This role performs system maintenance, installs software and hardware upgrades, resolves technical issues, and documents IT systems and procedures. The position ensures efficient system operation, promotes uptime, and supports secure computing environments. Key Responsibilities: u2022u2003Maintain and support operating systems and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. u2022u2003Perform system maintenance tasks, including backups, recovery, and file management. u2022u2003Acquire, install, configure, and test system software upgrades and computer components. u2022u2003Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems. u2022u2003Monitor system performance, conduct system testing, and ensure compliance with IT policies. u2022u2003Maintain documentation of infrastructure, troubleshooting procedures, and IT operations. u2022u2003Support secure system configurations and maintain VPN, network, and email administration as required. u2022u2003Assist in licensing management, upgrades management, and IT backup procedures.
